The Y on the Move spring hiking series is now finished for the session. To celebrate there will be a small social at the YMCA on Friday, June 28th at 10 a.m. (Please bring a photo I.D to sign in or a membership card.)
(Please note that this event was originally scheduled for June 21st and has been moved to June 28th.)
The social will include:
– A slide show of photos from the hikes that will be put together by hike led, Alasdair.
– A chance to reflect on the spring series, including storytelling and what you would like to see for the fall session.
More about the Y on the Move Hikes and the Y on the Move program:
The YMCA offers a series of hikes and information sessions to help people connect to each other and to explore the local trails. Our goal is that people become more comfortable on the local trails and that they meet new people.
The Y on the Move program hosts indoor and outdoor community-based pop-up activities that promote active living. This program is supported by The Aberdeen Health Foundation.
